Kitchen Appliances and Gadgets

Certified Reconditioned Vitamix

The Vitamix blenders in our houses run at least once a day, but usually more often. We can't imagine life without it. We got ours refurbished to save some money on the purchase and neither of us have regretted that decision for a second. It works amazing and customer service is bar none.

Sarah loves her vegetable spiralizer since she has increased her family's vegetable intake and she now use some vegetables as a substitute for pasta. It makes the perfect zucchini noodles. This gadget makes veggies look so creative and pretty. Sarah went through 3 spiralizers before finding this one from Inspiralizer--best by far!

Insta Pot

Insta Pot is a staple in our kitchens. This thing is stainless steel inside and can sauté, slow cook and pressure cook all in one device. This appliance can almost totally replace a stove and oven--great for a small apartment or dorm, but also perfect for a typical kitchen set up.

Meal Planning

Cooking meals made easy - weekly meal planning with shopping lists to help keep you on track. Sarah loves getting an email every week with a list of the week's meals with a shopping list. The recipes are always great and quick. eMeals have been a lifesaver for me.

In addition to traditional meals, this meal planning program has great paleo, autoimmune paleo, and vegetarian options. Wellness Mama, Nom Nom Paleo, The Nourished Kitchen, The Paleo Mom, and Autoimmune Paleo blogs all contribute recipes to this cite. Real Plans gives you as much or as little control over your meal options as you want with thousands of awesome meals to choose (or not choose) from.
