Reset and Thrive 6-Month Program
In this 6-month program, Tash or Sarah will provide ongoing information, support, and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that will improve how you feel and how well you live. We listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
Your personalized program will radically improve your health. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Two 50-minute coaching sessions per month (a total of 12 visits over 6 months)

To decide if health coaching is right for you, we invite you to schedule a free initial consultation. During this session, we will learn about your health concerns, share how we might be able to support you in your goals, and determine which coach will be the best fit for your needs.
