Reset and Thrive 6-Month Program
In this 6-month program, I provide ongoing information, support, and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that will improve how you feel and how well you live. I listen carefully and will help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. In addition to diet, we will focus on relationships, stress, career satisfaction, sleep, movement, and connection to self to look at all the pieces of health that contribute to unmanaged symptoms and dis-ease in the body.
Your personalized program will radically improve your health. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
In the Reset and Thrive program you will...

Two 50-minute coaching sessions per month (a total of 12 visits over 6 months)
