Guided by Experience in Life Coaching and Spiritual Direction

With a background as both a certified life coach and spiritual director, I bring a holistic, compassionate approach to grief companioning. These experiences have taught me the importance of deep listening, respect for each person’s story, and the power of authentic connection. My life coaching experience allows me to support you practically, helping you move through difficult moments with resilience and self-compassion. Meanwhile, my work as a spiritual director offers a gentle, nonjudgmental space to explore deeper questions of meaning, faith, and purpose that often arise during times of grief.
