Hello
Hi, I'm Rhonda Osborn. Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I started This One Life to offer support in areas that we don’t always talk about but are incredibly important—things like spiritual exploration, grief, and end-of-life planning. These are sensitive topics, but I believe they deserve the same care and attention as every other part of life.

Through my work as a spiritual director, grief coach, and end-of-life doula, my hope is to help others navigate the most meaningful moments of their lives—whether in joy, grief, or simply the everyday stuff. It’s an honor to offer my presence, my listening ear, and my heart to those seeking to live intentionally, find peace, and create a legacy of love.

I'd love to get to know you more. Book a free 30-minute Zoom call with me to talk about where you are in life and how I can support you in moving forward with purpose.
My Story
As a certified spiritual director, grief coach, and end-of-life doula, I bring empathy and compassion to my work, creating a safe space where you can feel seen and heard. My goal is to offer compassion, dignity, understanding, and guidance as you navigate life’s transitions—whether it’s the end of life, spiritual searching, or simply the challenges of being human.

With nearly 30 years in the field of radiation oncology, including 19 in leadership and training, I’ve supported patients and their families during life’s most challenging moments. My education includes a master’s degree in Adult Learning and Development, along with certifications in coaching, spiritual direction, grief work, and end-of-life care. These experiences, combined with my own seasons of grief and personal growth, have shaped my deep understanding of what it means to truly show up for others. I have always loved to learn, which allows me to stay on top of new information so I can give my clients the best support possible.

On a personal level, I’ve always been a helper. Growing up close to my grandparents and great-grandmother gave me a deep appreciation for the wisdom and grace of life’s later stages. I’ve sat with loved ones in their final days and witnessed how care and dignity can bring meaning even to life’s hardest moments.

A few years ago, I felt called to create a life of greater intention and purpose. That’s how This One Life was born—a reflection of my belief that we all have just one life to live, and it should be lived authentically.
